Note:  the association slow play policy is in effect every tournament.  You must keep up with the group ahead of you (not just stay ahead of the group behind).  If you fall a hole or more behind, you will be warned to catch up.  If after 1-2 holes there is no progress to catching up with group ahead a two stroke penalty for the entire group will be assessed, still no progress after that you will be asked to pick up your ball to the appropriate place behind the group in front of you.  Also, look for the possibility of letting the next group play through.
